The issue you mentioned about the testimonials is not a bug, it was designed to show 3 testimonials at once. You can configure how many to display and how many to scroll in the Parallel Pro Options panel.
As for the Section ID’s; as Piotr mentioned you cannot translate them but you can change the section ID’s within the files by editing the files located in the Sections folder of the theme.
