That’s just due to the amount of content and padding you have in the Welcome section.
If you want to edit the CSS for the welcome section you can use the .hero CSS selector to target specific elements in the Welcome section.
.hero
But to target specific devices you will need to use Media Queries, http://stephen.io/mediaqueries/#iPhone
