The Parellel theme currently has FontAwesome 4.7 integrated.
You can see all available icons here,
https://fontawesome.com/v4.7.0/icons/
We will be updating to FontAwesome 5.0 in the very near future.
That could be the reason why some of the icons you are trying and not working.
