Sorry to hear about the trouble.
I checked out your site.
I think there may be a Javascript conflict.
Can you disable all plugins except the ones required by the theme and try and see if the animation works?
Also, can you make sure you’ve turned ON the animations in Integral Options > General Settings > Animations.
