Ok, I see the issue you are referring to.

As for the contact section you just need to install the WPForms plugin to display a contact form and add it’s Widget to the Contact Form sidebar in Appearance > Widgets.

Can you provide login credentials for your site so I can log in and fix the issue for you?

I will need the username and password.
