Thanks for the follow up.
Editing the options.php from wordpress brought me to a 404 on the test site, so I reuploaded the edit through FTP instead.
The integral options tab showed up properly and I reset the Blog Section. Then hit save. Nothing changed, so I tried resetting it again, and turning the section off/on again.
Was there one more step?
