Hello,
You can modify the icons for those social links to someone else and enter your links.
To do that you need to edit the Team Members widget file.
In your Admin Dashboard navigate to Appearance > Editor and select the inc folder, then the widgets folder and select the our_team_widget.php file.
You will need to edit the code on line 71-78.
As for the animations, you can enable them in Integral Options Panel > General Settings > Animations.
