Ok, in that case download and install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
This should fix it. It’s a bug in WordPress which has broken millions of sites unfortunately.
This plugin will solve the issue until WordPress releases an update with a fix.
