I am not 100% sure what you are trying to accomplish.
If you are worried about the top header (with menu) bleeding over into your Welcome section BG image, that is normal since it is a fixed header. You can try disbaling the sticky header setting.
Or you will probably just need to edit your image to include more white space at the top.
