Customize.php does not work

Hello,
I have just purchased integral-pro theme and I am not able to customize it via appearance->customize – is it a known bug? I can just see blank screen, no panel

In Integral Pro, you must customize in Integral Options.

You will see the menu link to the left of your Admin Dashboard.
