Different menus on the same website

Is it possible to have two different menus on the same website? I would like the blog menu to have different paths than the homepage menu.
For example, the menu in http://www.lrt.net.br/category/blog with different links in http://www.lrt.net.br?

I have never had to do that but I am sure it can be done with some customization.
