    Integral pro error message, site will not load. Help!

    Error: This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backend.

    I tried to hit resume but got the following:

    Broken Themes
    The following themes are installed but incomplete.

    Hi Mike,

    Can you confirm you are using the latest version? That would be version 1.5.5.

    Sounds like either a file permission or corrupted file. Maybe if you re-install the theme files?

    If that does not work then you can disabled plugins one by one until the problem goes away to identify if there is a conflict with a plugin.

    We are using Version: 1.3.2

    How do I reload or update the theme?
