Featured Image does not work on pages

When I set a featured image for a Post, it displays correctly. However when I set a feature image for a Page, it does not display at all.
You probably strip it out for the one-page content, but it should be left alone for when a page is displayed independently.
Please advise if there is a quick fix or something that I am overlooking.

Hi @gregorycolley

To display the featured image you can copy the contents of line 21 of the single.php file to line 27 of the page.php file.

You can do this in Appearance > Editor.
