Header&foot questions

Hello, I have been struggling with some header and footer issues for quite some hours.
This is my website: http://www.goodbrand.guru

For the header:
How can I change my menu font colour when on ‘home’ page? For some reason, I can’t see the menu when I land on the page, and it only appears once I start scrolling down.

For the footer:
Is there any way that I can add anything to the footer? I would like to add some links to e.g. privacy policy, contact us form etc…
