Home page blog section glitch

On the homepage of our site we have the blog section which previews the 3 most recent blog posts.

However, on the most recent one (lef-hand side) the image displays at a strange aspect ratio. All the settings are the same as the other posts and the images are the same size. Any idea why this would be happening?

Could you install and run Regenerate Thumbnails plugin?
