image doesn't fit into themes borders

I was hoping to find an easy solution to the following problem, when updating to the pro version, but it turned out differently:

The image (still a dummy image) in the „Unser Team“ section reaches out of theme’s outer lines, when using an iPad, phone or small browser window…how can i fix this issue?

Additionally, I installed WP Google maps. The map is perfectly working on */kontakt. So I’m pulling the information from */kontakt to the contact section but there it’s not shown. Also not shown when I put the [xxx] short code in the html-window of the contact section…

solved both…used a widget for #1 in a different section and another plugin for maps
