Importer Widgets problem

I can’t import the widgets information after installation.
Import result shows as below:

Sidebar
wpp Trending Now Site does not support widget
topcta Widget area does not exist in theme (using Inactive)
mc4wp_form_widget Newsletter Site does not support widget
bottomcta Widget area does not exist in theme (using Inactive)
mc4wp_form_widget Newsletter Site does not support widget
footer Widget area does not exist in theme (using Inactive)
Custom Menu Channels Widget already exists
Custom Menu More Info Widget already exists
social-widget Follow Us! Site does not support widget
top-adspot Widget area does not exist in theme (using Inactive)
Text No Title Widget already exists
bottom-adspot Widget area does not exist in theme (using Inactive)
Text No Title Widget already exists
sidebar-adspot Widget area does not exist in theme (using Inactive)
Text No Title Widget already exists

Do you know the reason and how to solve it?

I notice that maybe it is becuase I install the navapress theme but import the navapresspro demo content.
May I know if you could share the demo data of navapress so I can test this theme on backend?

Two comments I want to make about the error message you posted.

1. Some state the Widget already exists
2. If the sidebar does not exist, it will simply not import the widgets for that specific sidebar.
3. If a sidebar is present, it will import the widgets.

So you should see some widgets have been imported, can you confirm that?

It is possible that we need to update the demo content files since the latest update of Novapress.
