Is there an Instagram widget for Integral Pro? I really want to display my Instagram feed in the side menu so it appears on my blog posts and other pages, but I can’t find a widget?

What you are requesting is functionality and not design related.
So it isn’t related to the theme itself but more the plugins.
You can search the Official Plugins directory for Instagram plugins and widgets.
