Integral Pro not working as advertised

    Hi, I have installed Integral Pro (2017-04-02) and activated the key.

    None of my changes are saved anywhere. It worked just fine with the Lite version.

    I made changes under Appearance > Customise as well as under Integral Options. Some changes save and some dont…

    I also was offered a discount with the “Themely10” coupon code but never had an opportunity to claim the discount.

    So far your theme and service is nothing like what is advertised on your site. Very disappointing indeed.

    1. All your changes are saved in the database.
    2. Instructions are included with Integral Pro on how to upgrade, http://support.themely.com/knowledgebase/how-to-upgrade-integral-lite-free-to-pro-version/
    3. You have the option to enter any discount code during checkout.
    4. Our site advertises EXACTLY what the theme is like. We have a live demo, screenshots and a free version for you to try.
    5. If the theme does not meet your needs, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
