Menu links in Integral

I am new to WordPress and am today trying to create my menu items that then link to my pages but cannot make the links work. I have created a page, About, and then created this in menu under custom links using the url:http://allcreaturesanimalcare.co.uk/about/ and also the url: http://allcreaturesanimalcare.co.uk/#about but this does not work. I have also linked the created page from the integral options for that same heading however when I click on the menu it does not work. What am I doing wrong as just cannot get it too work?
Thank you.
Cheers
Sarah
Hello Sarah,
It seems that your menu link is pointing to the http://allcreaturesanimalcare.co.uk/home-2/#about/ URL. Could you update it to http://allcreaturesanimalcare.co.uk/#about/ ?
Thanks,
Piotrek
Hi Piotrek
Yes a silly error however updating the url has not made a difference. I must be missing something simple but cannot figure it out!
Sorry I missed that you used trailing slash at the end of url, it should ismply look like this /#about
You can read more about it here:
support.themely.com/knowledgebase/setup-navigation-menus/
Also, this error can cause some incompatibilities, try deactivating all plugins except the ones needed by the theme and see if it works.
If the problems is still there, please share with me (temporary) administrator credentials to your site.
Thanks,
Piotrek
