Menu Padding different for Transparent and Color Header

  • I am working on the site ahlan.centromontesinos.org

    I am trying to vertically center the menu in both the transparent header and the color header, but the two are starting at different places, so when I adjust the menu padding in the Parallel Options, I can get the menu vertically centered in one header but then the other is off. The menu in the transparent header is the one that seems to be correctly repositioning with the menu padding option, while the colored header menu seems to be starting from a lower position in the header. I have tried to inspect the css but can’t identify any differences between the two or what might have been changed to throw the colored header off. Please help.

    Hello,

    I checked out your site and I see the issue.

    I found the problem.

    You will need to edit the the style.css file on line 667.

    Delete the display property for the following selector,

    .main-navigation li a {
    display: block;
    padding: 0.5em 0;
    text-decoration: none;
    }

    Once you’ve deleted it, it should look like this,

    .main-navigation li a {
    padding: 0.5em 0;
    text-decoration: none;
    }
