Mobile view not working

Does anyone know why the Integral Pro theme isn’t working for us on mobile devices? Here are a couple of screen shots:
and
Thanks
Hello @chrisssy
It seems like you are using the Master Slider for the welcome section.
If you use it as a background for the Welcome section texts you will need to set a fixed height for mobile devices.
Otherwise you will need to enter the title, tagline and buttons directly into the slides themselves as layers.
Can you provide a link to your website?
Hello,
Make sure you have set a min-height for the Master Slider in the slide settings.
See here http://support.themely.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/07/master-slider-min-height.png
That will fix your problem.
Hello Hans,
I noticed one change with Master Slider fixed min-height after updating to the most recent Integral Pro theme version.
Initially if I set up the min-height, the width would be fixed from the center of the slide, so the image wouldn’t get distorted, just cut off left to right.
After the update, the min-height is fine, but a slide gets squished in width.
I hope this makes sense.
I prefer the initial setup. Would you happen to know how to fix this?
Thanks!

Hello @zap,
You can fix alignment of your buttons by changing the classes to which the buttons belong:
col-md-6 text-left to col-md-12 text-center
col-md-6 text-right to col-md-12 text-center
Could you also send me the screenshot of your Master Slider settings?
Cheers!
Hello @zap
Also, did you modify the style.css file or add any extra custom CSS to the theme?
I checked your site and that is not the default behavior so it’s possible something was changed.
Hello @zap
Ok here are two things for you to try.
1. Switch back to the Integral parent theme, check to see if the problem persists.
2. Enable the child theme again, then delete the CSS you added to the style.css, save it and check to see if the problem persists. Make sure to back up your CSS code to a text file in the meantime.
Let me know what the results are.
Hello Hans,
I tried both, but there wasn’t any change. I also deactivated all plugins, but that didn’t seem to make any difference either.
Is there anything else I could do?
Thanks
Hmm ok, strange.
Can we give us Admin access to your site so we can have a look?
