Parallel lite – no image at all

Hi,
I’ve just installed and tried setting up Parallel as my theme, but when i’ve followed all the instructions for set up there is no image. I’ve uploaded a new image but it doesn’t show when i go live. What i have missed?

Hello @LLH

Make sure you have followed the instructions in Appearance > Setup Parallel.

Then go to Parallel Options panel to customize your site.

If you are uploading from there and they don’t appear, it’s because you have an issue with your hosting account of file permissions.

But before you get to that make sure you have properly setup the theme by following steps 1-2.
