Hi,

When I view the website – on mobile or tablet device it seems to not load properly. Texts is jumbled in the Welcome section. How do I fix that? How do I remove text from mobile view?

Also in the regular desktop view – the menu only appears when I scroll down. Is there a fix for that?

Update: I fixed the menu issue, but my website is STILL loading funny in the mobile and tablet view. Please advise.

Ok, I see the issue on mobile.

You are using the Master Slider.

You need to set a height and min-height for mobile in the slider settings.

When editing your slider click on the Settings tab.

I checked our your site.

Can you specify what the issue is?

Nope. So the slider just caused my images to look distorted in mobile view and did nothing to adjust where the text appeared (which was clustered over the top of itself).

I removed the slider and went with just went with a solid background.

It looks better, but not perfect. I will have to write a mobile CSS to fix it.

I tested it on our development site and I see what you mean about the images being distorted on mobile devices.

I remember running into this before with another clients and we found a solution.

I just can’t remember what it was.

Let me look further into it and get back to you.
