Project Grid Not Displaying

I have the project grid feature turned on but it is not showing on the page.

I had to not only enable the section but go to the Homepage Layout section and add it back to the enabled layout.

Yes that is correct, the Homepage Layout settings allow you to re-order the sections or disable them if you wish. We also have the option to disable in each section.
