I would like to make the menu static on all devices so it does not scroll down with the page – I cannot see a setting for this, please can you tell me how I can change this on my website using Serenity Pro theme.

Hello,
You can do this by editing the header.php file on line 30.
Go to Appearance > Editor and select the header.php file.
Then go down to line 30 and you will find the following CSS selector,
fixed-top
Remove it and save the file.
