Store Menu Defaults

I set up Woocommerce on my site at: https://www.thomsonarchitecture.ca/shop/ – it automatically inherited your demo content pages, etc. I’m just wondering if the cart is functioning properly – or if I need to do something to enable a cart icon, etc. in the main menu? My menu is getting cluttered – should I add the cart etc. pages as submenus under the shop/event menu item? I can see the view cart, etc. when in the shop – but I’d like it all to function as you have designed it to. Thanks in advance.

Hello Andy,

What I would recommend is adding the View Cart link in the right sidebar.

You can create a new menu using the Woocommerce pages and then add it to the sidebar using a Menu Widget.

Good idea. that’s what I’ll do. I didn’t want to clutter the main menu with various other pages and I don’t like drop downs – so this is a good solution for the store and other pages! Thanks, A
