Team Widget don´t show shortcode with ID

Hola again,
with all my websites it show me the shortcode with ID for the Team members to put them on a page. Just in one Website it doesnt show and work?! Can you help me please? Thank you

Hello,

That is the first time I see those widgets used in that manner.

Are you using a plugin to display the widgets on those pages?

What I wuold suggest is make sure both environments are the same.

Meaning the same version of Integral, WordPress and the plugins.
