Template header picture won’t disappear

    I’m trying to replace the template header picture on the home page with my picture but it’s not working. I’ve uploaded it but it’s not visible. Please help ASAP! Do you have a chat button that I can speak to someone with or can someone call me…I’m on a deadline today! This is an emergency
