Theme Inactive

    I licensed Integral Pro, and used the theme for a site I developed. I then transferred the site (wp files and database) to the client. They’re reporting that the theme is “inactive” and wondering if the license is still valid. What do I need to do in order to activate the theme for them (or is there something they can do?) Thanks!

    Hello,

    You will need to de-activate it on the development site and then re-activate it on the new site.
