Trying to update Integral Pro theme – license key not working

Hi there,

I purchased the Integral Pro theme back 2016 (invoice ID: e8383843506e8e696d2a3058dc30e07b) and have not updated it since. I was browsing through the Knowledge Forum and found a section on how to update the theme.

Unfortunately, when I go to activate the license on my WordPress page, I get a notification that says I have an invalid license key. I’m not sure where to find this information. When I checked the read me file, the license key I entered matched the one listed under license (although I don’t know if that’s correct or not).

To better visualize this, I included a screenshot in PDF for your review.

I looked back in my records but unfortunately, I cannot find any record of a license that was provided to me in the purchase receipt email.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
