Unable to Upgrade to Integral Pro
-
Unable to upgrade with my paid code, no place to enter the code on my cPanel after downloading the Integral lite version and trying to upgrade with code. I also get the following message when trying to upload the files manually: βThe uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.β What do you suggest?
I am not sure what you by your “paid code”. In order to upgrade you must install/upload the theme file. Instructions are here, http://support.themely.com/knowledgebase/how-to-upgrade-integral-lite-free-to-pro-version/
The 2nd issue you mention is a hosting/server issue, this will assist you, http://support.themely.com/knowledgebase/upload-max-filesize/
Let me know if that helps.
Anonymous December 31, 2016 at 4:53 amI am having a similar problem. I just bought pro, downloaded it and then uploaded in wordpres. When I clicked “activate” it does nothing at all. I have logged out of my wordpress and backin and still nothing. Why will it not activate the pro version?
Hi @introspectsupport
Once you purchased Integral Pro and downloaded the theme file, you must install it like instructed here http://support.themely.com/knowledgebase/how-to-upgrade-integral-lite-free-to-pro-version/
Follow the instructions, then you can enter your license key in Appearance > Theme License. That will allow you to continue receiving new theme releases directly from the admin panel instead of having to re-install them.
Let me know if you still have trouble.

Anonymous December 31, 2016 at 9:52 amMy problem is that the theme won’t activate. I went through all the proper steps and yet when I hit activate it won’t. It has nothing to do with the license
According to the instructions it says to enter the paid license code to upgrade to pro, I follow the instructions and there is no place to enter the license code, as it seems to be covered by the upgrade advertisement.
Anonymous December 31, 2016 at 11:04 amYou first have to install the pro version – read instructions on earlier post. After you will have the ability to install the license under Appearance / Theme license.
@dexterdow33 are you sure you purchased Integral Pro?
We do not have that method of upgrading (Where you have to enter the Pro license code to upgrade).
From reading your message it seems you are using another theme.
If you can provide me with the email you used to purchase the theme, I can confirm whether you did indeed purchase Integral Pro, or if you are using another theme.
@introspectsupport hmm, that is strange.
Can you provide admin access, I will log in and have a look myself.

Anonymous December 31, 2016 at 11:13 am100% sure – don’t want to post email here – how can I send to you. It is the same email as what I used for this support group. Integral – Pro Version $33.50 USD bought today with the newyear2017 code.
Anonymous December 31, 2016 at 11:28 amUpdate: got it to work but was a pain in the ass. Had to completely uninstall the free version and then install (upload) the paid version (pro). After that I could activate the pro version and also install the license (to get updates through wordpress). Was a pain and forced me to lose 6 hours of work on the free one (not happy about that). π
@introspectsupport
Sorry to hear that :/
Both the lite and pro versions use the same text-domain (integral), so that when you upgrade you don’t loose data you have already entered.
You must deactivate the free version and then activate the Pro version.
However, the data you already entered should not disappear.
It seems like a step may have been missed or an issue occurred.
I would also recommend you create regular backups for exactly cases like this.
You can look into the Duplicator Plugin.
Let me know if you have further questions.

Anonymous January 1, 2017 at 5:50 pmI am having the same problem. I purchased the “Integral – Pro Version” and downloaded the files as shown in my profile. However, the instructions say to upload the zip file but the files do not download in a zip file. I follow the instructions as stated in the link in my purchase history but it does not work.
I look forward to getting you help.
@FKMeyers85
To install Integral Pro, follow these instructions http://support.themely.com/knowledgebase/installation/
There is also a video.
If you still have issues after this, give me admin access and I will log in and install it for you.
