Update to Pro Version failed

I used a different theme and then updated to the demo version and then to the Pro version. I’ve done the update as described, but failed. I have only the options as in the Demo Version. If I try to Customize my Website, I get the message “No Access”. Yes, I am Admin on my side. Something went completely wrong. And backups now taking hours …
What shall I do?
Cheers,
Torsten
Hi Torsten,
Start by disabling all the plugins and only enable the ones required by the Integral Pro theme.
Then go to Integral Options > General Settings > Homeage Layout and enable the sections you want to use.
Let me know if that works or not.
Hi Hans,
thank you for your answer.
I disabled all plugin – nothing changed. I even dont have the Integral Options Section …
If I go to “setup Integral Pro” and then “Step 4 – Customize Your Website” I get “Du bist leider nicht berechtigt, auf diese Website zuzugreifen.”

Same error with “setup Integral” and then “Step 4 – Customize Your Website”
Hi Torsten,
On the left had side of your Admin Dashboard, you should see a menu item “Integral Options”.
Please click on that. It seems the link from within the Welcome page is broken, we will fix this in the next release. But you can access it directly from the left side menu in your Admin dashboard.

No, I dont have this one.
Can you provide me admin access to your website? I need the username and password.
I will log in and have a look.
I received it, however I an unable to log in.
I get an error message “For your convenience you are protected from this site.”.
Is it possible you have a security plugin enabled?
I tried to access it again about 5 mins ago and I am getting the same error message.
I am currently traveling on business and trying to access from Mexico.
