Hello @pearlinong
I logged in and checked out the theme. You are currently running version 1.0.
Here is the link to download the latest version http://www.themely.com/download/integral.zip
Make sure to unzip that file before uploading.
Inside the contents of the folder is the theme files for you to upload.
Follow these instructions to upgrade http://support.themely.com/knowledgebase/how-to-update-or-upgrade-your-theme/
Hi @snmgazm
Make sure you have the latest version of Integral Pro. We released v1.1 last week.
It fixes most of the issues you mentioned.
To download, log into your account http://www.themely.com/customer-dashboard/ and download it again.
Keep in mind if you haven’t published any posts nothing will show in that section.
Can you provide me a link to your website and the login credentials so I can check the theme myself?
When you reply please make sure to select “set as private reply”.

Hi @snmgazm,
The features, services and team members are widgets. So you will need to export the widgets and import them. This guide will help you, http://support.themely.com/knowledgebase/integral-lite-demo-data/
Start by exporting the widgets and importing to the new installation.
As for the Projects Grid title, I believe you are right. Go ahead and replace the text with what you mentioned.
I will fix the bug and release an update.

We just added that feature to the latest release of Integral Lite.
It’s possible you have an older version.
I would suggest downloading Integral Lite from our site again and that feature is included.
You can download here, http://www.themely.com/themes/integral/
Yes that is correct, the ability to re-order the home page sections is a Pro feature.
If you have any other issues, please let me know.
Yes that is correct. Once you download the theme file you need to UNZIP it and the actual theme file is located inside.
Hola Manuel,
Disculpe por los problemas.
Can you send me the login information for your website so I can have a look?

Hi Eric,
There are two ways you can add the GA tracking cookie.
1. Go to APPEARANCE > Theme Options > Header. And paste the cookie inside the field marked “Custom Scripts”.
2. Go to APPEARANCE > Editor > select footer.php or header.php and paste directly into the file before or after the body tag.
Hope that helps.
