That will have to be done with Contact Form 7 plugin.
They probably already released an update fixing this so updating the plugin should fix it.
If not I would suggest contacting support for Contact Form 7.
Let me know if you run into any issues.
Use a Shortcode Widget in Appearance > Widgets and add your shortcode to it, then add that widget to the Services section.

If you wish to disable the animated text in the slides you can edit the code located in the scripts.php file located in the js folder of the theme.
In your Admin Dashboard, navigate to Appearance > Theme Editor, select the js folder then select the scripts.php file.

It’s because you are using the Pricing Tables widgets in the Features section.
Use this bit of CSS code,
.features .pt_list {padding-left:0;}
Paste that into the Custom CSS field of the Custom Code section of the Integral Options Panel.

The titles are blue because they are links but you can change them with some basic CSS code.
Use the following code and paste it into the Custom CSS field of the Additional CSS tab in the Customizer.
