You probably need to click the “reset section” btn in the Welcome section of Integral Options.
It will revert back to default settings by the way. So just copy and past that text somewhere so you don’t loose it.
The padding option should then appear.
Make sure to follow these instructions to update http://support.themely.com/knowledgebase/how-to-update-your-theme/
I logged in and tried to do a backup using the Duplicator plugin but it doesn’t support it. I see you are using a WordPress.com installation of WordPress.
I think it may be better for you to create a seperate install of WordPress, install the new version theme and then migrate your changes over. Or if you have full access to your hosting panel I can do it that way. I need access to the database and the files in order to make a backup.
As for the menu, view our demo and you will see what I mean, http://demo.themely.com/integral/
If you want to add more padding on the logo you can do it in the style.css file.
I checked your site, it looks like you are still using the old version, v1.0.
The reason the menu is appearing under the logo is because it has too many menu items. You can try and shorten the text in the menu’s of make some as drop downs.
You can then tweak spacing and padding using some custom CSS in the Custom Code area of Integral Options.
Just to recap,
1. Make sure you have the latest version of Integral Lite download (v1.0.6). Make sure you UNZIP that file, because the theme files are located inside.
2. Follow these instructions, http://support.themely.com/knowledgebase/how-to-update-your-theme/. If that doesn’t work you can also upload the theme files via FTP. It will simply overwrite the existing files.
3. Then you can install the Integral Child theme.
If you try this and you still have an issue, add me as an admin user in your Admin Panel and have it send me my login credentials. That way I can log in and find out what the issue is.

When I try to access your site I can an error message “This site can’t be reached”.
Make sure you follow these instructions to update the theme, http://support.themely.com/knowledgebase/how-to-update-your-theme/
Also, make sure you are unzipping the file you download. The theme files are located in there.
If you upload the file without extracting it, you will get an error message.
In the admin panel of WordPress you should have a menu item called “Integral Options”.
If you don’t, it’s because you don’t have the latest version of Integral Lite. Which you should download and install.
If you do, go to the Services tab and on the top right corner of the options panel you have a button “Reset section”.
Go ahead and try again.
There is usually a download limit, but I have removed it.
If the issue persists, please let me know what error you receive.
Click the “reset section” in the Services section of Integral Options.
That should fix the issue.
Integral Pro has been updated and released. Log into your Customer Dashboard to download it.
This will be fixed in the new release of Integral Pro.
Which we will be releasing today. You will be able to download from your account and install.
You don’t want to go too large because that will increase the size of the image, which means it will take longer to load.
This will reduce the load time of your website.
I recommend reducing the image down to 1600-1900px and saving it in lower quality.
You won’t lose the quality of the image but it will be much smaller in size.
